Iron/Zinc Phosphates

Finishing Technology has a solid line of Iron and Zinc Phoshates. Our Iron phosphate line consists of a family of products from low temp products to multi-accelerated products. We have Spray wash iron phos products as well as dip tank products. All our products are tested in our lab prior to use in your line, assuring you of excellent results. Our sales reps perform periodic testing to insure that your system will produce consistent results. Ask your current vendor about their periodic testing, you’ll find like I did that it’s non-existent. We have implemented this into our process and it allows us to benchmark results.

Our Zinc phosphate product line is primarily used in tank applications and meets the heavy weight zinc requirements for the military. We also have a modified product that produces a fine granular finish, also meeting the requirements of the military.
